RAMM Consulting was formed in South Africa to provide Internal Audit, Business Advisory, Social Development and Training Services to both the private and public sectors.

Led by industry experts with wealth of knowledge and experience in internal auditing, business advisory and social development, we thrive to improve people's lives by developing their ideas, businesses and communities.

We intend to significantly grow our client base and expand into Namibia, Zimbabwe and beyond.

Our Team

Arnold Mushunje

CEO

A Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe); Bachelor of Accountancy honours degree (University of Zimbabwe); Diploma in insurance – long term; certificate in Business Planning & financial projections - Microfinance. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, member of the Institute of Internal Auditors SA, member of Institute of Risk Management South Africa.

He has vast experience in various sectors including manufacturing, mining, financial and humanitarian organisations. He has worked with audit firms, humanitarian agencies and private sector organisations. His countries of experience include Zimbabwe, Malawi, Tanzania, South Africa and as Regional Finance Specialist Arnold covered Ethiopia, Rwanda; Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda.

Arnold has gained proficiency in among others: financial analysis; strategic planning; compliance and financial audits; microfinance; development of policies and procedures and evaluation of the same; staff development and skills evaluation, risk management and forensic accounting and investigations.

Mildred Mushunje

COO

Primarily responsible for the Social Development arm of RAMM, Mildred is a social scientist with vast experience in social justice, child protection, gender and human rights.

She has worked in various settings including government, Non-Governmental Organisations and the United Nations. She is a strong advocate for the empowerment of the marginalised.

Mildred Mushunje qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work(University of Zimbabwe), Master’s degree in Gender and Development (University of Manchester U.K), Diploma in Personnel Management (Zimbabwe), Diploma in Community Based Management of HIV and AIDS(Galilee College, Israel), Certificate in Systemic Counselling, Diploma in Women's Human Rights (Lund University, Sweden). She is a Registered PhD Social Work Student (University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa).
